Up and running in under five minutes
1. Download for your OS. Grab the Windows or Mac installer above. Every download includes a full 30-day free trial, no credit card needed.
2. Run the installer. On Windows, run the .exe. On Mac, open the .dmg and drag TINYpsa into your Applications folder. Both are code-signed, so they install without warnings.
3. Launch TINYpsa. Open the app. It starts quietly in your menu bar or system tray and opens TINYpsa in your web browser. Everything runs on your own machine.
4. Set up your account. On first launch you choose your name, a password, and your company. Your trial starts automatically with every feature unlocked. Already bought a license? Paste your key any time in Setup under License.
5. Start working. A short welcome tour points out the essentials, then you are ready to add your first company, ticket, and invoice.
