Downloads

1. Download for your OS. Grab the Windows or Mac installer above. Every download includes a full 30-day free trial, no credit card needed.

2. Run the installer. On Windows, run the .exe. It installs by itself, with nothing to choose. On a Mac, open the .dmg and drag TINYpsa into your Applications folder. Both are signed by Tuned MSP LLC, and the Mac version is notarized by Apple.

Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” box the first time. That is SmartScreen being careful with newer software, not a problem with the file. Click More info, check the publisher says Tuned MSP LLC, then click Run anyway. If Edge says the file isn’t commonly downloaded, choose Keep. The first time you open TINYpsa on a Mac, macOS asks whether you are sure you want to open an app downloaded from the internet. Click Open.

3. Launch TINYpsa. On Windows it opens by itself when the installer finishes. On a Mac, open it from Applications. It sits quietly in your menu bar or system tray and opens TINYpsa in your web browser. Everything runs on your own machine. If Windows or macOS asks whether TINYpsa may accept connections from your network, allow it, so your teammates can reach it from their own computers.

4. Set up your account. The first screen asks for your name, your business name and a password. It also has an optional License Key box. Already bought? Paste your key in and TINYpsa starts out fully licensed. No key yet? Leave it blank and your 30-day trial starts with every feature unlocked. You can enter your key any time later under Setup, License.

5. Start working. A short welcome tour points out the essentials, then you are ready to add your first company, ticket, and invoice.
