Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TINYpsa website and your purchase of TINYpsa. Your use of the software itself is also governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA), which these terms incorporate by reference. TINYpsa is provided by Tuned MSP LLC, based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA.

The product

TINYpsa is local-first business management software that you download and run on your own computer. A one-time license grants you the right to use the version you buy, along with bug fixes, as described in the EULA. Pro is an optional subscription that adds new features and support while it is active. Current details are on our pricing page.

Purchases, pricing, and licenses

• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change over time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Completing a purchase also means accepting Polar’s terms.
• A license key is delivered by email after purchase. Keep it safe. It is both your proof of purchase and the way you activate the software.
• What a license covers, such as single versus team use and the number of users and machines, is described on the pricing page and in the EULA.

Free trial

TINYpsa includes a 30-day free trial with no account and no payment required. When the trial ends, the app locks but never touches your data. You keep full access to your data files, and you unlock the app again by purchasing a license.

Refunds

The trial exists so you can evaluate TINYpsa before paying. If something is genuinely wrong that we cannot fix, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, up to a full refund. The full refund policy lives in our FAQ.

Acceptable use

Use the website and the software lawfully. Do not resell or redistribute the software, work around licensing, reverse-engineer it except where the EULA or the law allows, or use the site to harm others. We may suspend access in cases of abuse.

Your data and your backups

TINYpsa stores your data locally on your machine. You are responsible for keeping your own backups. The app includes backup tools, and we encourage you to use them. Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover it for you.

Warranty disclaimer

TINYpsa and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work hard to make TINYpsa reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuned MSP LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of TINYpsa or the website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the website or software after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
