Privacy Policy

Effective 21 July 2026

TINYpsa is made by Tuned MSP LLC (“we,” “us”), based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA. This policy explains what we collect and, more importantly, what we do not. The short version: TINYpsa is local-first software, so your business data never leaves your computer. We built it that way on purpose.

The app collects nothing about your business

TINYpsa runs entirely on your own machine. Your companies, contacts, tickets, time entries, invoices, and every other record live in a single database file on your computer. That data is never sent to us, never uploaded to a cloud, and never seen by anyone but you and the people you share your local network with. We have no servers holding your data and no way to access it.

The app reaches the internet for only a few narrow things, and none of them include your business data:

  • License checks. When you activate or validate a license, the app sends your license key to our payment provider, Polar, to confirm it is valid.
  • Software updates. The app checks GitHub for new versions and downloads them. This is an ordinary file download with no personal data attached.
  • Your own email, if you connect it. If you turn on email-to-ticket, the app talks directly to the mail server you configure, using credentials you provide that are encrypted and stored only on your machine. That traffic runs between your computer and your mail provider. It never passes through us.

There is no analytics, no telemetry, and no tracking inside the app.

The website collects only what it needs

On our website, mytinypsa.com:

  • Contact form. If you contact us through a form, we receive the name, email address, and message you send so we can reply.
  • No trackers. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. The site runs on WordPress, which may set basic functional cookies needed to serve the pages.

Purchases are handled by Polar

When you buy a license, payment is processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar collects your name, email, and payment details to complete the sale and handle sales tax. We receive your email and license information so we can deliver your key and support you. We never see or store your full payment card details. Polar’s own privacy policy covers how they handle that information.

Support

If you email support@myTINYpsa.com, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and follow up later.

How we use what little we hold

We use the small amount we collect only to sell and support the product: deliver license keys, answer questions, fix bugs, and send information you asked for. We do not sell your data. We do not share it beyond the providers named here (Polar for payments, GitHub for hosting updates), and only as needed to run the product.

Your choices

Because we hold so little, there is not much to manage. You can email us anytime to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, which is essentially your email address and any support history, and we will take care of it. Your local TINYpsa database is entirely yours to keep, back up, or delete.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
